I ordered 2 fence posts for a small garden project from B&Q and they were supplied by Snowdon Timber. Being based in Wales, I was surprised that they arrived in only a couple of days but unfortunately the delivery company (not Snowdon's fault) did not pack them properly and one had badly split so could not be used. I emailed Snowdon's with the problem and they sent me not one, but two new replacement posts immediately. The staff were friendly, apologetic and resolved the issue quickly without quibble. A very good company who look after their customers. Product is also very good quality.

I can’t credit this company enough for there support and knowledge, it’s so interesting watching the owner of the company allowing his staff to have input into the company, witch in turn allows fresh eyes and fresh ideas,and quality outcomes

The decking is of very poor quality, there are many knots on the boards some of the knots are missing leaving holes in the decks. Also, not enough deck screws to complete the job. (28 deck screws short). The only good thing is the joists, which are of good material.
