Oct 01,2020Just had an awesome experience with the customer service at SodaPressCo. I ordered a sodastream unit from their site and it wasn't working as I expected. It seemed a little broken so I emailed their team explaining the issue and they sent a new one immediately without any further questions. The shipping company they are using must be top rate because things arrive within a day or two. Really impressed and stoked it was all resolved so quickly and effortlessly. Thanks again.
