Nov 01,2023We were so excited to be able to find another small business to buy from after one we were using closed down, but that excitement turned to real disappointment when we received the several bags of walnuts we ordered. They were so dry they're hardly edible. We reached out more than once and only received a, "Sorry," and were told they were a year old. We didn't know that! There was no offer to replace them, offer a discount for a future order or anything. Nothing. I don't know if we'll order again. We prefer small businesses, but the customer service will probably be our break point.

Sep 15,2023Purchased order. Within two minutes sent an email to change the address because it auto filled the address and did not catch it. Got a weird email back stating thank goodness you guys caught it in time (2 minutes) and that I must have made a mistake but you guys thankfully fixed it and it didn’t get picked up yet (no way you could have processed the order and had it picked up in two minutes). Then several days later I get an email saying my order has finally shipped…… done doing business with a company that was clearly put out and had to jump through a ton of hoops 😒 to change an address two minutes after it was ordered. It’s also hard to review the product when it still hasn’t arrived.
