Nov 10,2022Good experience with a local company. I had an issue with one of the jams I bought being damaged upon delivery. I emailed the customer support team and got a quick and helpful reply. They even asked for feedback on how packaging could be improved in the future, which I thought was excellent (listening to customer concerns). The replacement jar got here super fast and undamaged. I really appreciate their customer service.

Oct 31,2022The order online was simple and easy to navigate. They emailed me confirmation, when it was shipped, and when it arrived. I immediately opened up my 3# bag of raw almonds. They were delicious right out of the bag. I made homemade almond milk and it’s the tastiest I’ve had. Raw almonds seem to be so much sweeter. I’ve not been able to find raw almonds before now. These almonds were brighter, and larger, than pasteurized almonds from health food/grocery stores. I’ll definitely purchase these again.

Oct 25,2022I bought some of their beer brittle while visiting Ca. recently at a hotel in Chico, loved it and was able to order more, as well as a few other things from their online store, however, I purchased the cooler bag for protection of the brittle and when I received the box of goodies today, the 3 packages of brittle had been crushed unfortunately and 'no' large brittle pieces. I will order the brittle again, very tasty, just wish it hadn't been damaged.
