Sep 03,2021I had a very small order and they still took the time to call me to confirm I was aware that I hadn’t ordered a a part that went with my item. I was working on a DIY project to make certain pieces work together and had had ordered 2 unrelated items. They confirmed that I was ordering the right items as well. Very professional. In fact the shipping couldn’t have been faster and came very well packaged in a tube. The tube is probably costs more than the parts itself. It was well protected. Thank you. I will be back again.

Aug 30,2021I tried to place an order for a larger quantity than they had in stock, and since they weren't going to get it back in stock anytime soon, the plan was just to cancel the order and find the product somewhere else. But Solid Apollo called me directly and offered an alternative product which turned out to work out for us just fine. If they hadn't taken the time to call, they definitely would have lost the sale and a customer. This company truly cares about customer service!

My daughter is the one who needed these and because it's part of my birthday gift, I have no idea what she's doing with them. I tried to order these on Amazon but because they came from China, they wouldn't have gotten here on time. From now on, I will use you instead. Muchly appreciated! 5 stars!

Aug 10,2021My client had a wish to illuminate some fused glass panels from the side. Making some white oak frames and sawing a channel to fit the Apollo LED strings worked perfectly. Other solutions were too wide to fit the channel for the fused glass and too prone to overheating. This was perfect.

Jul 24,2021I purchased some small strips of blue LED lights to add ambience to a small porch we have between our family room and deck. The lighting strips were affordable, they came quickly, and the length of each worked perfectly for the corner areas of our porch. I was able to hang the strips easily with velcro strips used for hanging framed pictures -- plus I added a small hook to help with the weight of the cord -- and the end result looks great! (I took a picture to upload so you could see how wonderful they look -- but I don't see how to do that with this review.)

Jul 05,2021I’m new at this LED strip lighting thing, so my first order was minimal: aluminum channel, power adapter, control, 16’ of strip. It went up easily, the setup was quick. Still unable to dim, but I’m sure that’s on me. I’ll be installing a LOT more in the near future!

We were able to adjust the purchase on the spot instead of me figuring it out the hard way. I will definitely be making more purchases from SolidAppollo.com.
