Apr 20,2021This product is similar to the schluter with a hazed cover. From a tile guy the cover is not flexible enough. LED light fail at times an need to be replaced.....you would have to take all the tile out to remove the schluter to remove the cover....bad design.

Apr 17,2021This is the Third RBG set I’ve purchased from Solid Apollo’s web site. Your site is simple to navigate and got me to the products in flash. I’ve yet to install my new RBG ( with 3 Whites ) in its future fixture, but I did unbox it and test it out. I’m Delighted with the performance and the new remote with the Color Wheel is One of my favorite features. Regards , Steve I’ll return fairly soon to purchase some strip lights for the closets.

Apr 14,2021I needed these LEDs to replace some from a previous installation with a different vendors LEDs. The previous vendors LEDs were failing intermittently. I cut the few sections that I needed and inserted the LEDs from Apollo. They worked perfectly with no issues. Excellent replacement.

Before placing my rather large order, I had several questions and both Chris and Andrew were very prompt and thorough in answering those questions which helped me decide to make this purchase through Solid Apollo. The product appears to be of high quality and fairly straight forward to install. I ordered everything from RGBW lighting, adapters, 8 zone remote and 6 additional controllers and some additional accessories and just finished installing it in my kitchen for above and below cabinet lighting as well as to add lighting under our kitchen island. It looks amazing! Thank you Solid Apollo for a great product, good customer service and will be looking to make another purchase in the future.

Apr 07,2021My wife and i decided to put lights on our stairs from the second floor. These rope lights arrived early and were very easy to install. They are very bright we will really appreciate them during nighttime trips downstairs.

Apr 05,2021The only place i could find 20mm aluminum housing... it was quite expensive compared to other similar item but since i couldn't find the size i needed i was forced to pay 50% of my light budget on this housing because i didn't want to use traditional heat sinks and thermal paste. I must say the shipping and packaging was quick and secure. The aluminum housing was top noth and exactly as described

Apr 02,2021Called before submitting order to confirm procedure. Appreciated learning it's a "live inventory" and out-of-stock items show up right away; placed order online. Some items ordered weren't compatible so a notification by email was immediate. Thru a phone call we were able to make the necessary changes; by confirming Waterproof was important to me, it made the choices easier; sadly...also more expensive but it was what i wanted! The shipment was prompt and easy to track. Received the packages but channeling was damaged in transit. An email with pictures was sent notifying them of the damage; received the response "they were taking care of it", hich I greatly appreciated. In a time when quality customer service is rare; Solid Apollo is a precious gem and superior compared to others.
