May 19,2021I ordered some parts for my undercabinet project and then realized that some of what I had ordered was wrong! I called in and my call was immediately answered (nice). I explained what I did, (mea culpa) and the response was "no problem, we will get that fixed right up for you" A couple of minutes later, all done... Received my order in a couple days and everything was perfect. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

May 15,2021Solid Apollo was able to ship the custom items earlier then they committed to. Be warned if you using FEDX the parts were in limbo for several days and required Solid Apollo to expedite them.

May 10,2021Excellent customer service. I had a specific need and was clueless about how to go about it. A water-proof grow light. So I both emailed and called for advice and they gave me very straight-forward information. If they didn't know they told me but were able to point me in the general direction and recommend based on their experience and knowledge. I have not used the product yet but from what I can see it all looks fine. The fittings seem to fit together and it came quickly. Of particular note, I attempted to get similar recommendations and support from another company online and they told me they could not make any recommendations lol. So I went with, Solid Apollo, a company that could recommend it's product intelligently:) They aren't the cheapest but they also seem to be knowledgeable and perhaps are more affordable in the long run as they seem to carry only quality products and back up their products.

May 04,2021**See update at the end of this review** This is a difficult review to write because the product is good, very good. The aluminum channel is top notch on quality. I am SO GRATEFUL for their website, easy to use and clearly shows what you're getting (almost) and how it works. Also just the fact they have so many products to choose from and get creative with is very excellent. The lens/cover fits into the track flawlessly, I was amazed how well it matched up and zipped right in. BUT there were two problems, the second is unforgivable. First, the clips you mount and then snap the channel into are flimsy and don't give a lot of confidence. I had one snap right in half on me, I am glad I ordered extra. Also the 78" channel is a lot heavier than you'd expect, it's extremely well made and has a lot of aluminum giving it excellent rigidity. However it's heavy, and if I was mounting these overhead (mine go up a tall wall), I dont think these clips would have the tension to hold the channel. I couldnt trust it. But the second and unforgivable problem is that the opal lens doesn't eliminate hotspots. The website says that it does, and it just does not, at all. If I could attach a photo I would. For the effect I was trying to achieve, I needed that "neon" smooth look, not hotspots. I know the company has a "neonizer" channel available, but that channel doesnt have a removable lens, it's permanently affixed, and the LED strips I'm using cannot be slid in as that product would require. That's the reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 4, because the primary feature promised was simply false. The site clearly states it eliminates hotspots. I hope this review INFORMS you but does not deter you from buying these products, it's good stuff, but you should know what to expect. **Update - 5/4/21** Apollo LED gave me a call to follow up with my original review (above). Excellent conversation with not just a customer service person but someone who was deeply familiar with their products. Apollo LED admitted fault of the wording on their website and are making updates. They also gave me a full refund, including shipping. He said "You shouldn't have to pay for that". How amazing is that?! REAL customer service and a company standing behind it's products and claims. I'm bumping my 2 star review to 3 for that. I feel they now deserve a 5, but if you're like me, reading the mid-range ratings is where you get your best details on a product and I feel what I originally stated is important for any DIY'er. One more thing to note - We had a good discussion about LED's, density on the strip, how this stuff works and it was VERY CLEAR that if I ever do another LED strip lighting project, I will call these guys first and discuss it. I recommend that to any reader, there's a lot to know about this LED stuff and will steer you in the right direction.

Apr 28,2021The lights certainly are well water proof looking....unfortunately all they do is flash and change colors....remote does not work with upgraded waterproof controller.....I would like to return since they are not usable.

I can testify to this because one of two LD stripes that I purchased failed I think partly on account of me but Solid Apollo sent me a replacement. Only companies that believe in their product would stand behind what they offer to customers. I am very pleased with how my project turned out using Apollos product. Thanks for valuing me as a customer.

May 25,2021I have placed two separate lighting orders. In each instance customer service was responsive and very helpful. I was kept informed with my second order which had an unanticipated delay due to the Chinese New Year. All worked out and I received my shipment. The product is great and my contractor had no problems installing.
