Dec 28,2024Dishwasher packed in on 23 December. Ordered a new one but had to find someone to disconnect the old one. Sonic found someone to do it and it was all completed at 7:30 pm on Christmas Eve! Absolutely fantastic service and a job well done. 👏 👏👏👏

Dec 27,2024Our old tumbler stopped working on Saturday. I rang Sonic and they were very helpful, they delivered a new one the next day, Sunday, even though it was only 3 days before Xmas. They were very efficient and friendly and carried away the old tumbledryer and brought the new one in the utility.

Dec 27,2024Initial contact and telephone order process was great. Delivery of my freezer arranged for the next day. Two delivery men arrived at 8.40am, brought the chest freezer into my hall, then informed me they could not carry it downstairs into my cellar (health & safety!). I wasn't asked at the point of order where they would have to put the freezer; I also paid an additonal £25 for my old freezer to be taken away and recycled but they wouldn't carry it up the stairs. After they left, we realised the freezer was damaged and had obviously been dropped, damaging the corner next to the the motor! We were offered a replacement or money off but we had had enough and requested a full refund. Had to wait in again for them to collect it but at least we now have the refund. In the meantime, we ordered a freezer from Appliance Direct. Delivered and carried downstairs (with my husband's help) by a very helpful man, without a murmur! He also loaded our old freezer onto his van on his own!
