Feb 23,2025Ordered a fridge/freezer on a Friday and it got delivered the following day. It was the cheapest price with free delivery. Received text about the delivery time on the day of purchase. The delivery was made by Minde and Maciej who were polite and helpful. Rang half an hour before arrival and everything was on time. I would recommend Sonic Direct.

Feb 23,2025From the moment we entered the Sonic store we felt like valued customers . We were served by a young man who was so helpful , friendly & very knowledgeable. He gave us great advice, no pressure & no rushing. Top marks! He wasn't trying to convince us to buy the most expensive models but those which would be most effective for our needs. I think we were in the store for anything up to an hour which was fine because when spending quite a lot of money for white goods, you want to get it right! Our appliances were delivered by 2 guys who were bang on time, phoned when half an hour away & delivered our washer/ dryer & dishwasher with utmost care for our property & for the appliances, ensuring they were placed where we wanted them. The delivery took less than 10 minutes, as expected. The next day our appliances were installed by a very polite, efficient & skilled engineer. He phoned when half an hour away & was bang on time. He carefully unpacked both items & disposed of most of the packaging. He took his time to ensure that both appliances fitted perfectly where we wanted them. He had a couple of small problems with our integral cupboard for the dishwasher & the space for the washer/ dryer was tight, but he knew exactly what to do to solve the issues. Altogether it took about 1 hour and a half, which was what we expected.

The delivery and installation guys were lovely, rung like they said they would, polite, took the rubbish away with them and checked everything was working and I was happy before leaving. I would 😁 nicely recommend shopping here for all your items. I have bought three items in the last week and will be going back for an oven .
