Dec 31,2024Experience not so good. person who served me was a bit abrupt when I could get to speak to somebody that is.spent more time looking around than taking notice of me the customer and realised it would have been easier and quicker going down and ordering than doing it online which seemed more trouble than it was worth you would think ordering online would be easier but it isn't apart from that product was fine except trying to get the sticker off the screen it took a while getting the residue off but happy with it anyway . .

Plenty of information about the products to help making a purchase and I was so pleased with the delivery date which was much quicker than I expected being over Christmas/New Year. The delivery men were extremely courteous and approachable and explained everything that I needed to know. They put the appliance in position and took away all the packaging, leaving me with a lovely new fridge-freezer. The delivery window was excellent and they were on time. A very good experience. The guys that delivered so well were Jas and Aasim. Thank you.
