Dec 19,2024We are very impressed with this company Soni Direct Both with the quality of the goods and the way they keep you informed on the day of your delivery .They let you know when your delivery is on its way And tell you that the driver will call you when he is about half an hour away .Which they did And I can not praise the 2 delivery lads enough .They were very careful when unloading the product from the van onto the trolly into the house .I felt for them because when they got the product to the kitchen door it would not fit with the packaging on My fault because I thought it would . No problem to these lads they took it back outside removed the packaging picked it all up and put it in their van very tidy and considerate lads.They then brought the appliance into the kitchen and asked were we would like the product placed after telling them they very carefully placed it were we asked .This Company Sonic Direct are a very professional company with staff who listen to what you say I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone .We are very pleased with our product we purchased as well as the customer service .And I would like to thank them and the 2 lads who delivered the product for their total professionalism and all round care to a very happy customer who would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future

Dec 20,2024The hob's main ring stopped working (after 18 years) just before Christmas. We needed a new hob fast. I looked online at the Sonic Website but decided to call and spoke with Paul, and we decided on a Bosch Halogen hob. However, when the electrician Serge tried to fit it, new regulations meant it couldn’t be installed. The only solution was to switch to an induction hob. Another call to Sonic, more help from Paul, and an extra payment later, a new Bosch induction hob was fitted within 2 days, replacing our old Halogen hob. Big thanks to Sonic Bradford and Serge the Electrician for sorting everything out so quickly!
