Dec 16,2024Sonic Direct have been an amazing company to buy from. Normally I would just buy online but buying an oven is a big and expensive decision so I decided to call them for advice. I spoke to Aaron and he was so friendly and gave great advice and loads of information. We ordered the new oven with him, and he worked with me to arrange delivery. Kasam and Faisal delivered the new oven on Friday - they had given me a text the night before with a delivery slot, and called when they were 30 minutes away. They were courteous, friendly and helpful on arrival, took away the old oven, unwrapped and disposed of the packaging and were super respectful of our property - doing everything with the utmost care. When we checked the pan stands, we realised that some water must have got in to the plastic wrapping and there was some rust on the underside of the pan stands. Ian in Customer Service asked for photos and has already arranged for some replacements to be sent out - so even when there is a hiccup, they are quick to put it right. Can't recommend enough!

Dec 16,2024Great price to start, and then agreed to reduce price to help compensate for the unexpected shipping costs. Shipping costs were because the delivery address was outside Sonic's normal delivery zone for large appliances. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks!
