Still waiting for part of the order and have heard nothing todate. I was looking to order more but am having second thoughts.

Ordering was complicated with prices changing at checkout and delivery charges applied despite ‘free delivery over £50’. Telephone help was less than useless. Finally ordered in store, but when goods arrived the track was scratched and damaged despite packaging being in tact. Customer support to rectify issue was slow, with emails unanswered and no simple resolution. Would not order again.

Good quality doors, but the service is shocking. Why is customer service going down hill in the UK. Don’t these companies realise that in order to get repeat business the service needs to be good. I ordered from B&Q a sliding wardrobe made to measure from Home Decor costing just over £2000. I only ordered one but need 2 more and other people have asked me to fit something for them. The order arrived yesterday well all except 4 drawers and installation kit. I telephoned Home Decor and the first thing they said was take it up with the delivery company. Once I told the advisor that I had paid B&Q who had paid them did she see the error in her ways. I was told that I would receive a call back. By 1:30pm no phone call so I rang them back and they said that the delivery company (HDS in Chesterfield) will be in touch but they didn’t know when this would be or when the item would be delivered. Great news so I can fit most of it but not all! I opened the tracks yesterday to find that the top track is bent at one end. I am quite handy so instead of wasting my time with Home Decor I will sort this and repair, but just another job. If I order the track it will take 4 weeks if at all. Be careful here as they are keen to take your money but the after service they are not bothered about. Once again the delivery companies are shocking and are leaving the customer service of these companies looking extremely bad. I did leave a message with B&Q and went in to store but they said speak to Home Decor and have also effectively washed their hands of it. I’ll try somewhere else for the next one I fit, maybe they will use a decent delivery company who can deliver all the items in a perfect condition. Was also thinking about a new kitchen from B&Q but I’ll pass on that as the delivery will let them down. Still no call back from Home Decor!! Or B&Q about my missing drawers!!

Delivery was on time, all products as ordered. Delivery driver was courteous and helpful. Can’t ask for much more. 👍🏻

Custom made sliding doors, easy to fit and look great. I knocked a star off because I would of liked to know that you were shut down before I ordered, however I must say your delivery driver Simon did a great job and was most helpful. Overall a positive experience, thank you.

Excellent product, well built and looks good, let down slightly by amateurish delivery process. I was not contacted to say my order had been dispatched, instead I got a cryptic e-mail from the delivery company saying a delivery was en-route from a company with a completely different name. Only after I contacted DIY Spacepro did I establish that the e-mail did refer to this order. Also the instructions could be clearer.

Excellent service and superb product! I bought the bronze mirrored wardrobe doors, which look fantastic! The mechanisms work great. Overall very happy with the service and the product.

Very pleased with the wardrobe doors. Delivered before expected, well packaged. Easy to install and look good. Sliding mechanism very smooth. Used videos on website to help with measuring and fitting, although very straightforward. Have not yet fitted soft close mechanism which looks more complex, but not sure if it is required. Thought they were on the expensive side when considering the purchase, but overall pleased with the result, so decided worth it.

Ordering from this company was a very difficult and long process. The wardrobe order had pieces missing, we had to contact them over three times, each time finding that something else was missing. We moved into our new house and couldn’t even unpack our clothes into our wardrobe due to the missing parts! It has been an awful experience and I do not think I would recommend them as there’s only so many times a mistake can be made... let alone 3 times !

For clarification, I am reviewing the initial end of my order as six weeks in.....I have no installation and no install date - though SpacePro have been looking after my £1500 during this six weeks. Agree with a review further down....I have left messages on SpacePro contact number and no one has phoned me back. I ended up phoning the fitter (who came out to do the second set of measurements and who confirmed that he sent through the validation measurements on the 7th Jan) who agreed to contact SpacePro HQ and ask them to contact me asap. To his credit he did get me a call back (two) --- thank you N --- the outcome of which has, so far, resulted in a nod towards Homebase being at fault (call back one) and/or an internal hold up due to a query of a staff member who is on annual leave (second call back!?). Perhaps SpacePro might consider keeping the customer in the loop if there is a problem/query? Watch this Space....no pun intended :-(

good quality doors themselves clients were very happy. However they sent me the me the interior that i selected on the desinger but when the kit turnt up it was to big for the wardrobes and was not correct for the amount or size doors we had which was stated on the interiors packaging was offered a refund for the interiors but then i would have been without one at all so we had to adapt the ones we had costing time and money not what i excpected for the price payed!! if the interior dose not suit the size or dimensions of the sliding wardrobe they shouldnt give you the option of having them or tell you what the interiors are suitiable for.

Everything arrived in good time and was well packaged and undamaged. The instructions were fairly straightforward and the 'how to' videos were good. Overall the assembly was manageable even with our basic DIY skills. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other websites. On the downside the range of colours/styles available for custom made doors was limited along with interior fittings. Also, we had a query with our order and left a message on the number supplied for such queries in their text message - nobody ever got back to us, which doesn't bode well if you have any problems with what's been delivered.

I ordered minimalist sliding doors, the quality of the doors is very good. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. The delivery driver carried the doors up to the bedroom where the wardrobe is being fitted.

Ok to be sure I am reveiwing correct company I have been trying to order parts for mirrored sliding closet doors. Part number 17-4264Y-000 have only found them on Amazon but priced at 75$ tjis would be reasonable for 4 but doesnt say what it includes.
