Aug 14,2024The customer service from the listing/booking side of Spacer has been horrendous. Marie is also not very helpful and defensive while not listening to simple questions posed. Still awaiting answers and money/payouts that are due. Spacer does not abide by their own terms and conditions posted. Beware! You will lose money working with Spacer.

Jul 23,2024I listed my extra parking space and somebody rented it through Spacer. Spacer sent me a text saying I would get $250/month, and confirmed that the renter had paid. I gave the renter a remote control to operate my garage and they have parked their car there now. However, Spacer has not paid me anything and it's been about a month. I contacted Spacer and they said there was a billing problem and apparently the person did not pay after all. I either want the $250/month payment or get the renter to move the car. Spacer is doing nothing and I am stuck with a strangers car in my extra parking space for free!

Maria is the only shining light in my experience with Spacer and I feel her abilities and customer service skills are being wasted by a bad company. Promote Maria and let her run things, current management is failing.

Jun 28,2023I booked a space through the website. My application was approved and then I was sent to a difference location from the owner than the spot I reserved on the website. I received confirmation of the address and followed the owner's instructions. I sent a picture of my car in the spot and received confirmation with the owner I was in the correct spot. When I went back a few days later to get my car, it was gone. They towed my car and it had been sitting in an impound lot and I also had a parking ticket. I reached out to customer service at Spacer and sent them all the proof that the owner confirmed I was in the correct spot. They sided with the owner and kept charging me. So basically, I paid a company to tow my car. Complete scam.

Feb 23,2023Car was abandoned & spacer refused to tow it. Been parked here for over a year. Had complain for months to get paid. I cancelled the contract in DECEMBER 2022. CAR IS STILL THERE. Awful experience.

I didn't even put in my address or sign up for leading my spot and somehow they were trying to sell my monthly lease for $0.00, texted me, emailed me and called me without consent to accept the dumbest deal I ever heard in my life. Rent out my car space for free. What's next, live in my home for free but I have to leave?
