Jun 25,2024Great hotels and breakfast, saw all major cities(highlights of each one) in S. Spain .local guides very thorough ; Transportation most efficient ; tour guide very communicative & all solved all issues prior to trip . Will return to Portugal soon w/ same tour guide .

May 08,2024We approached two travel agents in Spain for help with a short trip to Seville & Cordoba. One lost interest once we advised them we had made separate arrangements for our hotel stay. We had discovered the Feria would be in full swing during our visit and that was pushing up hotel prices. SpainTop were happy to arrange the sightseeing and the private tours and we were very glad that they were as we had an excellent 6 days exploring the two cities. SpainTop arranged for two excellent guides in both cities and we discovered sites to visit that we might otherwise have missed and restaurants that we might not have visited. Our private transfers were on time and were much appreciated and we thought that Beckett White did us proud with the arrangements. If anything, our guide in Cordoba was better but we couldn't fault our guide in Seville. I think we got more information out of her in the three hours we were with her in Cordoba. We also had some excellent pre-travel advice from SpainTop and we would certainly consider using them again for trips to Spain & Portugal.

Nov 06,2023Just completed a 2 week trip throughout Spain, including Barcelona, Granada, Malaga, Sevilla, Toledo and Madrid. Sylvia was very responsive to our multiple questions and itinerary changes, and everything was perfect. She arranged private transfers for the 4 of us from airports/train stations to/from hotels etc in large comfortable vans, excellent tours with knowledgable and friendly tour guides, very nice boutique hotels in perfect locations for walking to almost everything, with very helpful hotel staff. Some of the extra touches we appreciated: all hotel stays included a huge breakfast buffet, our early morning train ride came with elevated status to include a meal, our flamenco dance tickets were for reserved front row seats and included a wonderful carriage ride back to our hotel. She even arranged for perfect weather with sunshine every day! I also want to mention by name our tour guides: Ana in Barcelona who went out of her way to help us get tickets for Park Guell and try to help us buy train tickets for an impromptu trip to Figueres and Girona (along with her driver who made an extra stop to drop us at the train station after our tour); Julian in Malaga; Enrique in Granada; Rachel in Sevilla and Pepa in Madrid--who was able to give us an alternate walking tour when we were unable to get into the Royal Palace due to extreme crowds (from Spain day) causing them not to let in groups--after waiting 45 mins we told her to give up and she refunded our entrance fee, took us out for coffee and then gave us an extensive walking tour of the surrounding neighborhoods which we all enjoyed. Thanks Sylvia and everyone for a wonderful trip to Spain!

Oct 25,2023We just spent a week in Madrid with daily tours and drivers organized by SpainTop. We had wonderful unique experiences. Private before hours tour of The Prado was amazing. Guitar workshop tour was unique, fun and learned a lot from the third generation custom guitar maker who, along with his wife, was so gracious. Day in Toledo, tour of Madrid and the Palace were great. We had wonderful guides and drivers set up by Spain Top. Can’t say enough good things about each of them. They were there to help and make sure things went smoothly. When a driver didn’t show up at airport, they quickly paid for our taxi and reimbursed cost of driver. Part of great service is fixing things when they don’t go as planned which is going to happen now and then. The only thing we wouldn’t choose to do again is the bullfight but we’ve had the experience. Spain Top was great!

Oct 14,2023With tons of accumulated miles to share with friends Cheryl, Tina and Trish I worked with SpainTop Tours for an 11 day trip to Madrid, Cordoba (my fav), Ronda, Granada to see Alhambra top of my bucket list, to Valencia (could live here), to Barcelona with last day In Montserrat (I missed with a bad cold). The beauty of sites in these cities is indescribable with art, history, architecture and landscape… add this country/cities to your plans and I highly recommend Beckett at SpainTop Tours. Drivers, guides, hotel stays and ticket arrangement was perfect every step of the way …blessed!

Sep 27,2023We went to Spain for my nephew's wedding and added 4 days for touring. We had never been to Spain so we're open to anything. Silvia planned a beautiful trip from Seville, Cordoba, Granada and on to the wedding then one day in Barcelona. The hotels were beautiful, the tours were wonderful and the transportation provided was on time and comfortable. I would highly recommend Spain Top!

Aug 15,2023Where to begin.. Antonio and Nerea of Spain Top planned the TRIP OF A LIFETIME for our family of five (2 adults-late 40’s, 20 year-old, 18 year-old and 10 year-old). The trip they carefully curated for us consisted of traveling to 3 countries (Portugal, Morocco, and Spain) and covered more than 13 cities & 9 hotels over a span of close to four weeks. Every detail of the trip, from transportation and transfers, to hotels, shows, private tours, and excursions was planned to perfection. We were given a first class itinerary accompanied by first class service. Let me preface by saying that we travel extensively with our kids, usually twice a year, and always try to cover as much as possible during those family trips. We have never EVER used a travel agent until this particular trip. We had so much going on that we didn’t have the time or bandwidth to plan such a trip, so our close family friend who owns a travel agency in the Middle East highly recommended Antonio at Spain Top. To be honest, we were initially a bit skeptical and didn’t know what to expect as we were accustomed to planning our own trips and honestly have very high expectations. Furthermore, when we received the higher than anticipated estimate we were hesitant to pull the trigger and wondered if it was going to be worth the cost. Wow, were we mistaken. We were blown away by the entire experience. Antonio and Nerea knew exactly which hotels would be best for us based on what we were looking for and they delivered perfectly. All of our transfers were first class. Our private tours were top notch and led by informative, well experienced guides. Fun excursions like a private sailing experience and a paella cooking class were highlights of the trip. Every detail of the trip was outlined in a detailed itinerary with vouchers for each day, so there were no surprise hiccups. We truly enjoyed the trip of a lifetime - one that was made stress-free and smooth sailing thanks to the careful and meticulous planning of Spain Top’s experienced travel agents. There is no doubt that my husband and I couldn’t have planned and executed a trip of this caliber without them. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Spain Top for delivering such an unforgettable trip!!

The tour guides were professional and extremely knowledgeable. The accommodations were always close to the important sites in each city. May 09,2023We had a wonderful experience with SpainTop. Joël put together a very well thought out tour. All the drivers were excellent and the guides were outstanding. Our trip start in León through to Santander via Picos de Europa ( wonderful guide Alejandra) to San Sebastián (another great guide Amaya). Then to Barcelona, Valencia, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Malaga. Again all the guides were great. The standout would be Alfredo who drove us through the White Villages and then a day later on to the Caminito Del Rey. His personal knowledge and connection to the area were wonderful. In Portugal we had a lovely experience with Cristina taking us through the Alfama district followed by idyllic stay at Quinta Da Marka in the Drouo Valley. Finally a foodie tour with Joana in Porto finished off a wonderful month on the Iberian Peninsula. An excellent tour that went without a hitch. I would certainly use SpainTop again. Manfred

Apr 14,2023This is the second time we have used SpainTop to plan our trip. The accommodations, travel arrangements and tours are top-notch. All of our guides were local to the areas we visited, with in-depth knowledge of the area and sites as well as excellent English-language skills. We had private transfers in all cases, with drivers who were professional and personable. Accommodations left nothing to be desired - in most cases we were placed in unique properties that offered superior services and locations providing easy access to a wide range of interesting sites, restaurants/bars, etc. Antonio is wonderful to work with, very attentive and responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. We highly recommend SpainTop.

Apr 05,2023Eu amei viajar pela primeira vez com a Spaintop, principalmente porque eram dois lugares que eu queria muito conhecer, mas eu não tinha me informado diretamente sobre o melhor hotel para ficar, os melhores passeios para fazer e eram poucos dias. Então a SpainTOP me deu todas as dicas! Eu amei os hotéis de Granada e Sevilha e fui muito bem recepcionado no aeroporto. A guia de Granada foi uma das melhores guias que eu já tive a experiência de ter na minha vida, uma enciclopédia! Passou o dia inteiro comigo, me explicou tudo, me fez cia. Foi muito legal! Granada é uma cidade que eu voltaria várias vezes. Adorei que eles me sugeriram ir de trem de Granada para Sevilha, porque é um passeio lindo. Pode também ir de carro mas eu achei que a indicação deles de ir de trem foi perfeita. Em Sevilha o hotel era um sonho, fora 3 noites maravilhosas! Eu super indico a SpainTOP para viajar, porque eu realmente não tinha me programado com nada, eles organizaram tudo, deram dicas de restaurantes, etc. Estou muito feliz, indico para todos e não vejo a hora de poder viajar com eles de novo!

Apr 04,2023the driver Luis was excellent, always there early, opened doors for us, had water. The tour guides spoke perfect english, the only reason I say that is because we have had so many tours where it was hard to understand the guide. Everything was top notch. I give it a solid five

We were met at every stop by highly qualified guides and drivers. The sites they picked for our tour were outstanding and gave us a strong feel for the rich history and culture of Andalusia.
