Jul 17,2023Ordered the Vicis Zero 2 Trench, with chin strap and additional face mask July 6th w/free 2 day shipping. Kept telling my son it should be here by the end of the week for the past week, nothing. Just so happen to search my email for the order and see I received an email on 06/12 stating: 'WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED IT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR ORDER. THANK YOU' how to proceed? um, send my item or refund my money, are there other options!?!?!? Just submitted an email inquiry, today is Sunday so I'm not holding my breath to hear from someone today. I will follow up first thing in the morning. I was hoping that I found a reliable sports equipment vendor.....

Jul 16,2023We did not receive the screws to attach the chin strap to the helmet. I would expect to receive all items to make the helmet functional considering the almost 700.00 price tag on this item. I have reached out and there has been no response.
