Nov 20,2023Order placed 11/8/23 and pleased with product found, price and timely response with planned shipment date 11/15/23. I have heard nothing and had to find out this expected date by tracking on my own. Have just sent an e-mail and waiting for a response. Would have liked an update of some sort as a display of better customer service. So happy, though, that I have found this for a Christmas gift. Hoping there will not be an unexpected delay in receiving it . Thank you for all your hard work during this busy season. Good Bless !
