Dec 02,2023I ordered a left-handed adult batter, leg guard. I received a right handed hitter, leg guard, and the box is completely smashed. It was put in a Mylar bag and it’s a gift for my son. I feel embarrassed to wrap this and give this to him as a present if it was even the right side but it’s not. It’s I ordered a left, handed hitter and got a right handed hitter this is very disappointing.

Nov 30,2023The wooden handle piece is broken off the seat when unboxed. Return instructions inside box states customer pays shipping both ways for replacement. Was supposed to be a Black Friday deal so I guess I’m stuck, I will not be recommending this company. Update: customer service responded stating item is metal and canvas. Emailed pictures of broken wood handle for review.
