Jul 10,2024Your rates r outrageously too high for a loan of $600. It should be illegal for anyone to charge $213.80 a month,for over a year, for that amount. I see why they call these types of loans predatory loans, because u guys truly take advantage of people!

Jul 10,2024I opened a loan with them. They put the money in the wrong account. The lady who worked there told me it take two days to get the money back and I have to reapply. So I reapply and got denied because it was against policy. Never gotten the money in the first place and needed it for an emergency.

Jul 11,2024As a repeat customer my info was in the system. Got approved Friday morning at 1030 and I called Tuesday after not receiving funds. They said a number was transposed on checking account, that was already in their system, and they couldn’t do anything until Friday if the money was returned to them!! Quick edit in this spot after seeing their response, and then obviously forgetting my info was already in their system as I was a repeat customer lol. They tried to deflect but they can’t shift this one. It never hit my account and they openly said there was no acceptance of funds and they wouldn’t cancel it. Not a good look…
