Jul 11,2024I took out a loan on the 17th of June, The payment was deducted from my account on the 8th of July. Not even a full month to the date I received it. Then told spotloan never stated it was a 30 day loan. What practice is that. I've been using spotloan for sometime now this practice is unethical as the interest on my loan should then be less. I received overdraft fees because it came to early. They ask you upfront about your income and I stated that information. The date I received my funds would have covered my loan. Had you not gone in before the date it should have been due!! 30 day loan not 21 day loan!! Please state this in your policy that no such thing as 30 day loans!! Customers have right to know!!
