What made this experience great was the fact that the learning process was delivered in a sharing information or best practice exchange knowledge throughout sessions so we felt less training but more of discussion ones. Moreover, the material of PMP was on point and made us wanting to take the exam to get the certificate. Sprintzeal was very communicative and made our training pleasant in Korea.

The instructor is amazing and even the location. The only two thing preventing me to put 5 star are: 1. Food and drink is not easy to get and to know what the process to get food and drink 2. Location details is not clear just mentioned the building number without any details floor number ? Zone? Room number ? All these not mentioned
The main problem that went wrong was that Sprintzeal did not pay me as a trainer for the service that I provided. This was a breach of NDA and a violation of trust. I also claim that Sprintzeal ignored my communication attempts and did not respond to my official business dispute yet at Business Disputes Register. I am a professional trainer for PMP, who delivered a classroom training service for Sprintzeal in London, at old street, Regus office from February 20th to 23rd, 2023. However, I have not received any payment for my service, despite sending multiple reminders and invoices to them. To improve their situation, Sprintzeal should first apologize to me and pay me the amount that I deserve. They should also explain why they delayed or failed to pay me and what steps they have taken to prevent this from happening again. They should also acknowledge the feedback which satisfied trainee gave about me at Trustpilot after the completion of training and show appreciation for my work. Sprintzeal should also improve their customer service and communication skills. They should respond to my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. Sprintzeal should also review their internal policies and procedures and make sure that they comply with the laws and regulations of the countries where they operate. They should also respect the rights and interests of their trainers and customers and treat them fairly and ethically. They should also seek feedback and suggestions from their trainers and customers and try to improve their performance and reputation.
I got CBAP training (online) from this company a few months ago. The training was mediocre, despite being super expensive. But what is more disturbing to me is that this company chases you (with a bombardement of emails every day) until you purchase the training. But once you are done with your payment, they do not even respond to your help requests anymore. I will definitely NOT take any other courses from Sprintzeal and will NOT recommend it to any of my collegues.
My experience so far on the training is pretty good, the pace is comfortable, I had enough time to refresh the knowledge between sections. Also, I was able to ask questions whenever I was confused, and I could discuss the training content with the instructor. Last but not least, I received quizzes to help me understand better on the knowledge I just learned, and further found out what I didn't fully absorb.
They are a group of fraudsters, I conducted a training with them with the agreement that payment shall be completed in 21 business days. Months passed,nothing happens and I have tired of sending the reminders.
Good content, professional instructor and easy to connect online. Communication could be a little better with regard to scheduling, Daylight Savings Time changes, holidays.
A month ago, I successfully completed the training program for one of Sprintzeal's clients. It has been almost three weeks since I started to request payment, but I haven't received anything. Moreover, none of the emails or messages I sent to the Sprintzeal contacts ever came back to me. I'm not the only one who has encountered such unprofessional treatment. I sincerely hope that this won't happen to anyone else, so please, by all means, assist in preventing them from doing so.
The instructor did well; however, the curriculum seems outdated and does little to follow the best practices of adult brain-based learning techniques. There are zero practical labs; it's being talked to for four days and watching them do demonstrations.

I'm deeply disappointed to share my experience working with Sprintzeal. As a professional trainer, I provided classroom training services for them in London from February 20th to 23rd, 2023, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive payment for my services. The lack of professionalism and failure to fulfill payment obligations are disheartening. I've always conducted myself with integrity and professionalism throughout my career and expect this from others. I've taken legal action to seek fair compensation and protect my rights. Sprintzeal has not responded yet on disputesregister for the unpaid invoice. I urge Sprintzeal to reconsider their position and engage in a fair resolution. Let's address this issue amicably and professionally.
As a student, flexibility is crucial, and Sprintzeal understands this well. The scheduling options and the availability of recorded sessions ensured that even with a busy schedule, I could keep up with the coursework at my own pace.
