Oct 25,2023I signed up for an on-line TOGAF course 6-weeks in the future. Somehow the joining instructions and invoice didn't make it to my in-box. It took several exchanges before these showed up. Having experience such a poor level of customer service, I stated that I wanted to cancel. They are currently refusing to refund my payment, even though my request is withing their own terms and conditions. Have now had to raise a dispute with AMEX to try and resolve this situation.

Oct 20,2023Debayan Dey is a phenomenal trainer! Steve Jones helped me get enrolled in PMP live online training for a great price. I was offered many options for training dates and times. The course was very insightful and helped me grasp all the concepts and terminology needed to feel confident in passing the PMP exam. After the course concluded, the Sprintzeal team helped me get signed up to take the exam and got me access to PMI for 12 months, for a lower price that PI offers on their website! Overall, I had a great experience and I have highly recommended Sprintzeal to my colleagues and friends who are looking to get PMP certified.

The small class size was a real advantage, ensuring that our questions were addressed promptly, and we could set our own learning pace. Despite the limited duration of 4 days, the course was rich with valuable information. The option to retain the study materials for future self-study and exam preparation is a great feature. I wholeheartedly recommend this class.

Nov 08,2023Not very supportive. They make fake claim for 100% pass assurance but their training is not upto the mark. Recorded sessions are good but live training is like an abridged version of vast course.
