Feb 29,2024So helpful! I've never used SP Services before & contacted them after Googling for a patient transfer board that matched what I had in my head. I had lots of questions about the board & about strap options/lengths. Sithra (who took my call) was friendly and incredibly helpful - even going so far as to measure the straps for me to make sure that they would suit my needs. It was a cheerful, helpful and ultimately very productive phone call. I'm sure I'll be back for future orders in due course!

Feb 28,2024We had an issue with our order - 1 being a short shelf life and one being too many of a particular item due to misunderstanding of unit quantity, I contacted Sithra and she sorted everything out - even arranging for the items to be collected from our base in Dorset. If I could rate 10 stars I would as she has been delightful and efficient to work with Kerena O'Connell Operations Manager EMED Group.

Feb 26,2024I made an online order and did not receive the order confirmation by email despite my ful payment. Sirtha was very helpful and solved my problem immediately once I sent email and talked about the issue. Immediately confirmed the order and delivery arranged within 24 hours.

Feb 12,2024Ordered items on 25 January, then chased them up after a week without receiving anything only to be told that there would be a further delay of 2 weeks and that in future I should call them before ordering to make sure that they have the items in stock..!! Unbelievable..!! I said no, it should be up to you to update your website if there is going to be a problem with delivery, so customers have the option of going elsewhere.

Feb 06,2024It was my first time dealing with Debra at SP Services however she was a lovely soul who went the extra mile and kept me informed about product availability. From payment to arrival date things went smoothly even with a cheeky joke or two in between our chats. It’s stressful in life but Debra is just that lady you need to unwind, discuss business ideas and put a plan together. If you want top notch only go with the finest of breed as they say. Debra is not only fine but she’s also got sassy which makes the whole shopping experience twice as fun. Still waiting at that coffee table with that rose for you. Wish me luck folks I may end up in bandages and Debra lots of plasters hehe.
