May 30,2024SP's customer service is second to none. For such a large company, I'm on first name terms with many of their staff and no request has ever been too difficult. Their bags are great quality and survive the absolute hammering we give them. What I love is that customers get exactly the same level of quality service, whether they're ordering 3 bandages or 500 trauma kits. Jasmine, Steve, Kully, and countless others, are an absolute credit to the company. Keep hold of these staff members and you'll keep hold of your customers too!

Jasmine was super-helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the order was placed and despatched immediately as I had stressed it was critically important. Really great service - thank you.

Emailed them & they emailed me back within 24 hours, which was really appreciated as I have an awful lot of them to do so the fact I didn't have to wait around for days to get them meant I could get them done so much faster

May 09,202410/10 Excellent I placed my first order with SP Services. The product range is brilliant and my items were dispatched very quickly. One part of my order was delayed as it was out of stock but I was kept updated by email. This item was then dispatched with a matter of days. When my order arrived I realised that I had ordered the wrong item and I contacted Customer Services. I dealt with Lisa Spittle who was amazing as she arranged for the correct item to be dispatched ASAP. Brilliant products and the SP Services staff go above and beyond to ensure I received everything that I needed. Thanks Lisa and thanks SP Services!
