But unfortunately, my system was infected with virus, and it was not able to boot, and I lost all the data, including the license. I contacted the customer care, and the executive Dheeraj Shukla helped me to recover my key, which would be sent through email.

Mar 28,2024Eine externe hdd, die nur noch Geräusche von sich gab aber nicht mehr erkannt wurde, zu Stellar per Boten eingeschickt. Nach vier Wochen, Bearbeitungsprozeß regelmäßig mitgeteilt bekommen, kam eine neue Festplatte, mit, gefühlt, 98% wieder hergestellten Daten zurück. Professionelles Handlung zu 100%! Gerne wieder im Fall des Falles.

Mar 22,2024Incident : de externe schijf was gevallen en leeskoppen en schijf zwaar beschadigd en niet meer bereikbaar. Backup was redelijk oud, zodanig dat door het voorval er zeer veel werk verloren zou gaan. Diagnose van Stellar werd ons zeer vlug medegedeeld en na akkoord werd alle moeite gedaan om gegevens te herstellen. Resultaat was dat vrijwel alle gegevens konden gerecupereerd worden, waardoor er zeer veel tijd en werk kon worden bespaard. Een bijkomend positief punt is dat we met de regelmaat van een klok op de hoogte gebracht van de evolutie van de herstellingswerken. Les : op tijd en regelmatige basis een backup maken. Stellar is zijn geld méér dan waard en is de beste "redder in nood".
