Ottimo che ci sia un servizio di verifica e riparazione manuale a cui inviare il file danneggiato, anche se costa un po'. Excellent support and professionalism and availability in the online assistance service which responds promptly and collaborates to find the best solution to every problem. Great that there is a manual verification and repair service to which you can send the damaged file, even if it costs a little.

Nov 10,2023Mijn mobile telefoon heb ik laten vallen waardoor het glas is gebarsten ,en er was vocht in gekomen, en ik kon hem niet meer opstarten. Ik was bang dat ik dierbare foto's kwijt was. Diverse mensen, en bedrijven, hebben er naar gekeken, tot ik er mee bij een computerwinkel kwam. Zij hebben mij met STELLAR in verbinding gebracht. Bij STELLAR kwamen ze er achter dat ook de besturing defect was. Zij hebben bijna alle bestanden, waaronder ook de dierbare foto's terug gehaald, en op een stickie gezet. De communicatie tussen STELLAR en de klant is uitstekend. Alle lof voor STELLAR.
