I immediately asked for a refund - their support emailed me and asked me to first perform follow up steps (I did, still didn't work), but immediately after sending their email with the follow up steps, they declined my refund request. Not interested in helping customers. They are not selling software that does what they advertise...buyer beware!

Dec 17,2024The software has a great potential and i look forward to retrieving long lost files not just on recent SDDs but also on older hard drives to retrieve in particular old photos and videos that got "lost" when these relic storage becomes inaccessible.
