I recently ordered a 2 piece peir cap as shown On your website and was sent a 1 peice peir cap. I immediately informed Stonecrete Direct That the wrong item was sent you know what I didn't even get an apology instead what I got was you will have to pay the return cost. I clicked on the link and followed the process That you have outlined, unless you can provide me with the second half of this product then what you have sent me will have to be returned at your cost, and I would expect a full refund. I might also consider legal action to recover the cost and report this to the trades people. Kind regards Agnelo

Reasonable delivery time. Slabs not great quality, but guess you get what you pay for. 95% of them damaged. Delivered by a 3rd party..

Really easier to order from their website, confirmation email was quick to come through. Delivery was fast and I received a call regarding delivery and the best day for receiving my stones. Delivery man was professional, polite and respectful and the coping stones were very well wrapped for protection. Would definitely recommend and use again. Jeni

We were very pleased with the service from Stonecrete. We had to change our order and it was really easy-our initial order was cancelled, refunded and our new order taken. The carrier service was excellent too. Many thanks all round.
