Mar 29,2022Lovely product recommended by our builder for it's quality. We chose grey/green which looks stunning (and not too dazzling in the sunlight), with both a stone circle and sun motif in gold. I know nothing about stone patios but am very happy with our choice.

The product is an exact match to edgings we purchased a number of years ago and the quality is superb together with a reasonable price too. Extremely good service all round. Mar 20,2022I placed an order for 2 pier caps and wall coping. Stonecrete Direct had 3-4 week lead time whereas everywhere else it was over 8 weeks. Their pricing is also very competitive. Unfortunately when I received the items a few of them were damaged in transit. Contacted customer support and they got back to me the next day with an offer of a replacement or 50% refund. The replacement wall coping and pier cap arrive tomorrow. Would definitely recommend!

Mar 20,2022I was confused by delivery details which indicated delivery in maybe 2 months! The actual delivery was speedy and well packaged. The stone slabs are excellent. I found the office staff, helpful, conscientious and thorough. One delivery was missed but the second attempt was by the most helpful driver imaginable. I am highly recommending Stonecrete with just one piece of advice - make contact with the office staff and you will be happy with the outcome.

Apr 03,2022I had 3 brick pillars at the entrance to my driveway which I built myself as a DIY job 30 years ago. I decided to have them rebuilt by a bricklayer along with 2 short lengths of walling. I procured 3 pier caps from Stonecrete Direct to fit on top of double brick pillars. They arrived ahead of scheduled date, well wrapped on a pallet. On arrival one cap looked a darker shade of colour than the other two. I phoned to report this concern and was advised that it should dry out and be ok but if not satisfied to just phone again and it would be replaced. Hence no argument about replacing the item if necessary which I found assuring. In the event the darker cap did dry out to the same shade as the other two and so I am delighted with their appearance to finish off my new pillars. Thankyou.
