Aug 09,2021Product quality is good but not excellent. One large slab was discoloured and one was cracked on delivery. The rest is great. The delivery driver would not venture down our drive even though we had prepared an unloading area. He left it outside the gates which meant we had to move it all by hand to the site (250 yards).

Aug 07,2021A very professional company where employees were helpful in satisfying my need. For example, after the first bulk delivery of balustrade parts, I realised that I have forgotten to order extra pillars for my concrete balustrade wall, I rang Stonecrete to enquire whether they have them in stock and the price for delivery. The agent was able to check the stock and rang me back in just a few minutes to confirm that they are in stock and I could even have them delivered the following Monday. The delivery charge was reasonable and it has save me five to six weeks waiting time. We got the job done.

Aug 05,2021Delivery was a lot earlier than quoted which was nice. The price was right for the quality and they have served my purpose really well. The only down was the slabs would have travelled better if they were face to face not face to back, I had to select slab positions carefully to hide damage where the face of the block had been rubbing against the back of the next slab on the pallet. Had they been for a client they would have been returned.

Jul 27,2021There was a very long lead time on the stones which I suppose is fault of COVID / Brexit. My main gripe was with the stones. The coping stones had chipped edges. The stone circle was meant to be Bath stone colour but it is almost white in colour. So overall I’m not very impressed which is a shame.
