Particularly love diffusers with flowers inside a glass bottle. Spent a lot of money here but has been well worth it. People always love the way my house smells :)

Nov 24,2022Fabulous quality candles and diffusers, haven't bought a scent yet I don't like, when given as gifts friends have always been delighted although it's always too tempting to keep them all to myself! Only problem I had was with a delivery, down to the courier, however Customer Services and particularly Sophie were fantastic and soon sorted everything out. Highly recommend for quality gifts for yourself or friends.

Nov 20,2022Took a week for the order to arrive and when it did it was incorrect , customer service said I have to return the order at nt own expense - it was heavy as five candles Won’t bother ordering from this company again which is a shame as I was bought one of their diffusers as a present and would have used them as I like the product but customer service is non existent ! Stoneglow you have lost s customer I will use the white company whose products are equally as good if not better snd their customer service is second to none .. your customer service clerks need to be reminded thst customers have s choice as to where they spend their money and their jobs actually depend on this !!!

Nov 10,2022I came across Stoneglow oils when out shopping with my daughter in Aberdeen. I had been purchasing oils for my diffuser from another firm but wasn’t very happy with the scents. I purchased two different Stoneglow scents and I love them. I went online to the site and bought a pack of 10. I am so happy with my purchase. The different scents are wonderful.

Oct 30,2022Ordering from your shop is very easy. However, the delivery itself from the UK to France took a month. I did not expect that from DHL. It would also be nice if on my order page there was information with a tracking number.

Oct 24,2022I purchased a candle in the sale, it cost £9.00 instead of £19.00. The wooden wick does not burn as the wax engulfs it when it starts to melt. I will not purchase from the site again and would hope that from the pictures l have attached to my email complaint it will result in a full refund.
