Jun 06,2022I have always been an avid user of Stoneglow products and needed to refill my diffuser again so decided to place an order on-line for a fragrance on the 28th of May. It hadn’t arrived as expected so I email their customer support and got an automated response that they were closed for their summer break from the 27th. This was something I wasn’t made aware of originally and moreover had been encouraged to place an order because of their 20% discount offer. I find it totally bizarre that they didn’t make me aware my order would be delayed because of their ‘holiday’

Received an email for the diffusers “unwanted become wanted with free postage” . Thought I would give it a try . Absolutely delighted with the result . The product came well packaged but with no boxes . It’s for my own use so not a problem . The fragrance is the same as I would normally have . The smell is exquisite and long lasting . I received a variety of diffusers all excellent . Will definitely recommend to my friends .

May 08,2022I love the scents on the diffusers! Can't burn candles due to my husband's COPD; but he's fine with the gentle scents given off by the diffusers. Such a soft smell with no chemical undertones. Large range of perfumes and the bottles they cone in look tasteful. The more expensive ones have pottery bases. Always have one in my porch,cso when you open the door you get a waft of fig & cardamom!
