Aug 09,2022I have been a customer for some years now, and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. On receipt of my parcel, it was clear that the items were missing. Instead of receiving 4 x Raspberry and Rhubarb candles, I received 1 x. I telephoned to advise of the error and was told that the missing candles would be sent, although I have received no email confirmation of that.

Jul 08,2022I bought two reed didfusers: “Dark amber and Vetiver” and “Cedarwood and Cypress”. I received a complimentary “Orange blossom” one which was a really nice gesture. While the latter two have a really nice delicate smells and not overpowering but just right, the first one has barely any scent and that was the case from the moment I opened it. Maybe a bad batch. I will probably buy again but not the Dark amber and vetiver scent. The package arrived on time and everything else was ok.
