Dec 11,2019A very fine company with great employees. We bought our blinds over 5 years ago. We worked with Melani'e. She is great. We needed a little service work done and they were very responsive. We were were able to schedule the next day with their representative Joe. What a gentleman. He arrived on time and resolved our problem. He also answered some questions on the operation of our power blinds that we had and showed us some additional options we forgot we had. He made sure we knew how operate the blinds and that we were happy before he left. We are very happy with the quality and our experience working with Stoneside.

Dec 06,2019Excellent design and installation staff. Relatively high quality roller shades with great fabric choices. Two things that would have improved my experience: 1. Having the design consultant at the measuring appointment would have greatly helped the process and likely improved the outcome. 2. More attention to details, such as matching metal tensioners and ball stops for the roller blind chains.

Jon showed real integrity and determination to make sure that these blinds would work correctly after he left. He had to do a little extra work to make sure they worked perfectly which took extra time and patience! Great job on his part!!

There's a huge range of options, and plenty of samples to look through in the initial consultation all in your home. Melanie was very helpful with narrowing down what we were actually after. Measurement and installation by Joseph was great - highly professional, clean, and looks/works great. They really took the time to explain what was going on and ask specifics, which I appreciated.

Once we made the decision, Joe did a great job of measuring and pointing out things to be aware of. When the blinds were ready, Joe came back out and did the installation, again with an eye to detail and with great precision and care. Finally, the blinds are just amazing. Highly recommend them and Stoneside!

Dec 12,2019Very good service from start to finish....responsive to my request for a bid, spent time with me at home reviewing options and the confirmation and installation went very smoothly. My living room window is odd shaped with original 1920s wood. When the installer came to measure he took the time to discuss the options, we consulted with the designer and it turned out perfect.
