Sep 12,2019I found this company by looking at reviews for window treatment companies, they have a high rating so I called, from my initial call to schedule my consult appointment all the employees were friendly & professional. I was scheduled with designer Zee, we discussed what i needed to accomplish for my kitchen window treatments, and my budget, from there we discussed many styles & fabric options that would work for me, I choose the traditional blinds style. My order came in earlier than the estimated time frame I was scheduled with Joe the installer to come out he arrived on time, and installed the blinds in a timely manner, even with a few adjustments, due to the irregularity of one window, Joe advised me & showed me what he had to do have the blinds be uniform. I enjoyed working with Zee & Joe, I would hire again, thanks again

Responsive salesperson with constant email communication and notification throughout the process from initial appointment, consultation, purchase and installation. Motorized shade is quiet and very effective in blocking sun but still allowing view through the window. Clean, sleek look. Very happy customer.

The factory did send an incorrect size shade for one of the windows but a new shade was shipped and installed quickly and with professionalism. I highly recommend Stoneside.

Joseph Bach was very helpful through the process of measuring and install. He gave great advise prior to install to get the most out of the shades, and was also very informational for how to take care of the blinds well. The blinds look great and the wireless motorization is very nice. They are quiet and seamless and look great.
