We are very happy we chose Stoneside Blinds and Shades for our new condo. Tamara, the designer, arrived on time and was very personable as well as extremely knowledgeable. We love that she has an interior design background and lots of experience making her very qualified. She helped us select from the many styles and colors after asking pertinent questions regarding the look we were trying to achieve and degree of light coming through the blinds. A couple weeks after the order was placed, the installer, Rusty, arrived on the designated day and time and did an amazing job on the installation and fast too! He, too, is super nice and easy-going and is an expert at installation. The blinds are sized just right and work perfectly. The overall affect in the rooms is so lovely...soft light, neat style, great colors. We strongly recommend Stonefire Blinds. We will contact them again should we need to install more blinds in the future.

We love our new blinds. They look awesome. The whole process went very smooth. Our consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were deciding which style and color to choose. The blinds were done earlier than I expected and our installer, Joe, got the job done quickly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

This has been a delightful experience, from the initial consultation with Ashley to the fine installation by Travis. My husband and I wandered blindly (get it?) through Lowe's and Home Depot, and were basically overwhelmed by the vast selection but no real expertise to guide us. That's what Stoneside Blinds provided! And being able to actually work in our home to look at colors and styles made all the difference. Big box stores can't do that - stick with Stoneside!

I love my new blinds and Joe did a great job on the install. He was punctual, friendly, and certainly knows his job. Zee, the sales person was absolutely spot on when she made her recommendations for our new home. So so happy with the end results!!

One of the most important things that makes us keep going back and working with Stoneside is the excellent customer service they provide. We recently had a service appointment and Travis, as always, goes above and beyond to make things perfect. He is the best! Another thing we really like about Stoneside is how organized they are and how they work together as a team to service their customers. Travis and Ashley, the designer, are always in communication and they reach out to each other if we need anything else. We have high expectations and we’re never, ever disappointed with the work. On the contrary! We are extremely happy with it. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company to help you with window treatments for your home, this is the team you need.

During construction of our new home we had many subcontractors. Tamara from Stoneside, along with the rest of their team, was top-notch. They scheduled the appointment, confirmed the appointment, showed up on time, scheduled a field measurement, again confirmed and showed up on time, scheduled the installation, and once again confirmed and showed up on time. We had such a great experience the first time that when we needed to add some additional shades we went straight back to Tamara again. As you may expect...the exact same service was given on our second order. I would not hesitate to recommend Stoneside. Their service was beyond extraordinary!

From my first interaction with the designer, Melanie LaFur, to the final install with Joe Bach, everything went as smooth as possible. Melanie showed me some great options but ultimately knew exactly what I had in mind. Joe was pleasant, courteous and informative during both the measure and install appointments. Our blinds are beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend Stoneside to all my friends and clients.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. James was wonderful to work with. He made some great suggestions for our home and I absolutely love how everything looks! We chose cellular shades for the 2nd floor and roller shades and wood blinds for the main floor. We also chose 2 black out shades for the front rooms which get all the afternoon sun. Our installation team was great as well! They worked efficiently and made sure everything was working properly. They left the house clean and were great to work with.
