The Storm Internet team provided professional advise on the options we needed and then implemented them in the same manner. There were a few teething problems along the way but the support team maintained the same professional service and provided timely and effective solutions.

Jun 06,2022I had an issue with RDP not working on a network. I was conscious it could be a network issue but couldn't resolve it. The team patiently triple checked the configuration. Since these guys are so good, I knew it had to be my end. My router was silently blocking the outbound network port despite claiming it was allowing all outbound traffic :-( Couldn't have got through with Storm's excellent support.
