I had an issue with RDP not working on a network. I was conscious it could be a network issue but couldn't resolve it. The team patiently triple checked the configuration. Since these guys are so good, I knew it had to be my end. My router was silently blocking the outbound network port despite claiming it was allowing all outbound traffic :-( Couldn't have got through with Storm's excellent support.
The problem was dealt with promptly aand to my complete satisfaction
