Well not being able.to get my years warranty I’ve tried everything to get it on line get to s dead end so no I’m not happy I feel now I don’t want to keep the freezer
Quick delivery. The Subcold 115 beer fridge is a great product. The fridge is a good size with adjustable shelving and temperature control.
Amazing customer service from these guys. We ordered a mini fridge for our daughter for Christmas…the delivery company EVRI delivered it to an unknown address and were useless in assisting. I emailed subcold and they sent a replacement out straight away. Christmas saved in time - arrived today 21st dec. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
Excellent company very good customer care, extremely helpful and professional. I needed a refund not because there was anything wrong but because what I ordered was not big enough and got a refund immediately they received mine back. I would recommend this company 100 %
Subcold were extremely helpful with a couple of questions that I had prior to purchasing. This enabled me to make an order that suited my needs. The fridge itself is great for organising all of our drink requirements, freeing up limited space from our main fridge.
Bought pro6 last year for christmas present for my daughter to keep vials of medication in, Absolute rubbish ,lasted 9 months ,sitting away from wall ,good ventilation all round, vacuumed out all vents ,seems like the fan is running very slow and not getting cold at all ,going in bin total waste of time ,after 3 days of texting back and forth sending pictures they tell me the warranty has run out ,not had even a year ,be warry, lying cheap product

Thus far it is just the delivery service I can comment on, which was excellent. But it is a Christmas present which obviously has not yet been tried and tested! So can add more details after Christmas.
I have bought two of the mini fridges as presents for this Christmas. The pricing and choice seemed to be very competitive and the delivery was exceptional. A great comfort when buying online and from a company I had not used before. As they are Christmas presents they have not been switched on yet but I have every confidence that they will be fine. I would happily recommend this company.

I needed a new power supply after I broke the original. I contacted Customer Service and received an answer within a day telling me that I was able to order a new unit and where to order it. After I ordered the new power unit it arrived in 2 days and worked perfectly. I have 2 of the small desktop fridges, 1 for cold drinks and the other for medication. One I have had for about 2 years and apart from my clumsiness with the power lead it has worked great. I would recommend these units.

Dec 31,2024This is more about the delivery company used by subcold. DPD claimed to have made 2 delivery attempts but this is not true. I was home at the times they claimed, and my 24hour camera shows that there was no attempt at any time to make the delivery. As a result of the claimed 2 attempts, the parcel was automatically returned to Subcold. Numerous phone calls to DPD and subcold did not resolve the issue. Thankfully PayPal were very helpful and gave me an immediate refund. The item ordered was a spare shelf for a wine fridge ordered a week earlier. DPD also made similar claims with that delivery and it eventually arrived 4 days later, after 2 aborted attempts because the driver could not find the address. Subcold need to sort out the delivery company they use. As for the fridge..... Time will tell.!!.
