Sep 05,2023Mini fridge was purchased to keep dogs food fresh when on holiday. Great idea. I’m sure it will be used for other purposes at a later date, especially as it can be used for warm food, too. The order was quickly acknowledged and dealt with and delivered without problems the next day.

Sep 04,2023We purchased a white Subcold Ultra 15 Mini Fridge Cooler & Warmer | 3rd Gen | 15L capacity | Compact, Portable and Quiet | AC+DC Power Compatibility. We use it to keep our dogs raw food cool when we travel on holidays etc. Unfortunately the fridge full of dog food decided to leap off the back seat of the car when we stopped to feed our dog. It landed on the car park floor and broke the door and hinges. I contacted Subcold and a lady by the name of Maria emailed me overnight and quoted me a price for a replacement door complete with hinges. I was then able to pay by PayPal and delivery by courier was arranged all within a 24 period. We were able to return the fridge back to full use immediately at about a third of the cost of a replacement item. We were extremely pleased to receive such an efficient and speedy service which enabled us to bring the fridge back into use very very quickly. Hence the reason why we have awarded Subcold a 5 star award.

Sep 04,2023Since purchasing this fridge it has never reach the legal temperature required it has constantly iced up since day one. On complaining I was told not to open it too much. How am I supposed to get drinks out if you can’t open it. Ridiculous. I can no longer use it as it does not meet food standard regulations. I’m left with a useless fridge and out of pocket by £199. Sub cold are not interested in helping. I now have to purchase another fridge. Do not buy if you’re a business as you will be throwing your money away.

Sep 02,2023Exactly what I wanted for my skincare. 10 litres sounds extravagant however I am able to put all my skincare in the fridge, plus snacks and some additional skincare products if needed. The fridge is quiet enough for it to not disturb my sleep. I have a small room and sleep with ease knowing my skincare is prepared and ready for application. 100% recommend Subcold :)

Aug 30,2023I tried to return a dangerous and faulty item. I have cerebral palsy and needed to arrange collection. The manager very directly communicated that it wasn’t his problem, delivering this in an aggressive tone. Leaving me in shock and tears. Utterly disgusting and quite openly discriminatory towards my disability. I’d only had the fridge a few hours before realising it was faulty and unsafe. I hate my physical limitations , there’s nothing I can do to change this. If I could return it to a drop off point myself I absolutely would have. I can’t walk without support and only use one hand. Getting a mini fridge back to them could have been arranged I’m sure , and done with care. I’m in shock at this point. The item was brought through Amazon and amazon made it clear that as I brought through a third party seller the collection would be done to this company. Thankfully Amazon are supporting me in getting this company to collect its faulty product. The absolute lack of care in the fact I have a product which is dangerous or a willingness to help get it back to them is shocking. I was literally told “ it’s not our problem, your contract is with Amazon” and the rudeness in the tone, responsible or not who talks like that to someone clearly in a vulnerable position, and to hold such a senior position too. I guess they’re great if nothing goes wrong, but to actively go out of their way to avoid responsibility, when faced with an item issue, especially as it’s unsafe, I wouldn’t trust any of their products in my home. To risky. Overall I’m left in shock.
