Still waiting for a resolution since I was staring at the proof and the website while they were trying to tell me something different.

Aug 17,2024My experience with our Successories rep, April, was 5 star. The order process and delivery, also 5 star. The only disappointment is product related with this year's purchase being a bit inferior to our previous purchases of the same product. Specifically, the lettering for the inscription is overly faint and difficult to read. This is something we have not experienced in the past.

Gives impression order and delivery is complete. 8/21 update - Customer service was very quick to respond to my concerns. remaining packages arrived, one which was damaged. A replacement was ordered and confirmed in minutes. Items are of very good quality as advertised.

Aug 27,2024I've asked for the tracking numbers for the shipments twice but there was no responses. The trophies are great though, there's no complains with that! Last time they forgot to notify me when they were being shipped so 3 stars justify the two mistakes they've made so far in my last two orders.
