May 04,2024I ordered lunch totes and bento style boxes for staff. Some of the lunch totes had the strap sewn on backwards so that the strap was twisted. The bento boxes were all scratched up and dusty so I had to clean them off but even after cleaning they looked used. Overall lack of quality and it would be helpful to inspect the products for defects prior to mailing out.
