Firstly I am grateful to Sumit Sir and his team for initiating us into this wonderful healing practice. Now it has becoming a daily habit to first take care of our energies and then move to others. It was a wonderful session on Miracles of Cosmic Healing conducted by Sumitji on Day 1. 1. He spoke about Awakening where he highlighted how we could change illness pattern to wellness energy and showed us the six mistakes people make in their health journey. 2. He helped to identify the energy patterns that cause illness in the body and how we could shift them to transform our life. 3. This is 1st time I was doing such hard Fasting, initially I use to do Navaratri Fasting with intakes of Falahaar, I never tried like this before, but believe me 1st day I took Water, Lemon Water, Ginger Tea and 2 Guavas only 2nd day I took Water n Ginger Tea Only n felt very Calm, Relaxed N Lighter. 3rd day only on Water n Ginger Tea again and I am happy to share here that I learned whatever you think n plan n wants to do you can do ,You have to give direction to your mind n your mind will do as whatever you want. Of course long way to go its just a beginning , Grateful to GOD n Grateful to Sumit Sir ji N CAH family.

Namaste sirji🙏🏻🙏🏻😊 The secret movie was very transforming for me 🙏🏻🙏🏻 1) हमें यूनिवर्स को हर चीज के लिए धन्यवाद करना चाहिए। जिसके लिए हम ज्यादा धन्यभागी होते हैं,वह चीज हमें ज्यादा मिलने लगती है। लेकिन हम जो चीज नहीं चाहते, हम उसके बारे में ज्यादा सोचते हैं। उस चीज को हमारी ओरattract करते हैं। जैसा हम सोचते हैं वैसा ही हमे मिलता है। इसलिए हमें अच्छे से कोई भी चीज को पॉजिटिव ढंग से हमें manifest करना चाहिए।🙏🏻 2) Vision board बनाना है। उसके ऊपर हमारे dreams लिखने है। ओर 2 _4 मि उसके बारे में सोचना है, बाकी सब universe के ऊपर छोड़ना है।🙏🏻 3) Realtion shipको better बनाने के लिए हमें उस व्यक्ति के अच्छे गुणों की लिस्ट बनानी है। और उसके बारे में सोचना है। universe ki list बहुत बड़ी है ।हम कितना चाहते हैं उसके बारे में सोचना है। जैसे सुख समृद्धि धन दौलत हमें हर चीज से अमीर होना चाहिए।🙏🏻 Thank you so much sirji🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you CHA family 🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
