Jun 25,2023What i learnt today from case study is that you should never give up, work hard to be best in whatever field i am in. Regularity, Repeatability and Rhythm is very important. The Rhythm which is consistency part is critical in anything we do. Don't put your energy in what bad happened in the past have confidence that best things will happen and do your best.

Jun 23,2023Namaste Sumitji.I have completed my 21 days challenge.But in-between I met with an accident on 14th May '23.My left hand upper arm bone got fractured.Suprisingly I never got worried about my condition.I was very much sure about my recovery.Through out this phase Sumitji's session kept me motivated to heal faster.I am recovering faster with my positive mindset and confidence.I am experiencing great change in my thought process.Thank you Sumitji for brining this miraculous change in my innerself.

Jun 23,20231. My earlier Tanent is leaving my flat on rent as he has been transferred to some other place. Since my job posting is very far from the place of my flat it is difficult to manage a new Tanent. But to my surprise, I got connected with a new Tanent who is ready and willing to take my flat on rent immediately just after it is vacant. Accordingly, he paid the advance amount and confirmed the booking. Moreover, he is offering more rent than the previous one. This was so magical to me, and this has happened only because of money manifestation.

Jun 23,2023Namaste sir, Sir with the help of your small techniques I feel changes in my body , mind and moreover in my soul. I feel strength in my back . Reduce stiffness and swelling in my body. Increase flexibility in my body. I can sit now in vajarasan. Also sit straight without support for meditation. I am relaxed, calm . Group meditation is very powerful.I feel my direct connection to God. You teach me proper way of breathing which help me to clear my cough and increase strength in my lungs so that I can climb stairs without running out of breath.Thanku so much Gratitude 🙏

Jun 22,2023Namaste Sumit ji. This is about the changes I experienced after following the 21 days challenge course. I completed it on 21st May 2023 & am doing it daily. 1. I was having acid reflux problem. I would wake up around 1 am & feel uncomfortable & this disturbed my sleep. After following this routine I have got relief & am now getting good sleep. 2. I would get muscle spasm in lower legs especially at night & have now got relief from this also. 3. My skin is appearing smoother. 4. My overthinking has reduced & I am feeling calmer now. These are few changes which I experienced.

Impossible tasks I have completed successfully during this period i.e. Treking, Shankh prakshalan, Jal niti and many more. 2. My body becomes so healthy that all pains disappeared from my body and painless life I am enjoying now. 3. Jun 14,2023Jim Corbett Retreat- A Surreal Experience I am totally in love with the experience i had in this retreat. My basic learning from this retreat are Firstly, it was my first time travelling without my family which is something new to me. So i learned to value my self too. Secondly the group energy...i just can't express how incredible it was.. performing every activity together gave me so much high vibrations...also we learned to share as we were sharing room with unknown people but the immense amount of love and affection we got there was just out of the world..no one could ever believe that each and every person is meeting for the very first time. The river meditation was one of its kind of experience...nature has the capacity to heal everything..we just need to awake the consciousness inside us to utilise it fully. It was something surreal. We learned to be more disciplined as we have to follow certain sleep routine and early morning wake up ... So all in all it was a truly magical and devine experience and i would recommend that every single person should join such retreats..it is totally a game changer. Last but not the least..i got to have so many friends there which is also a blessing.

Jun 12,2023What a Divine Experience! The Jim Corbett Healing Retreat turned out to be a metamorphosis of some sort! A CATHARSIS!! The trekking on the steep mountains (shattering various mental blockages and limiting beliefs), the meditation on the riverside rocks with golden prana from the rising sun showering on us in benevolence, the sound of winds , water, birds, breath and silence, the meditation on the green grass with Sumit's velvety voice lending a soothing touch as birds twittered in chorus as if some heavenly music, tall trees waving to gentle mountain winds, shavasana on the green grass, eyes fixed on the clear blue sky, diya prajavalan and meditation on the Fire burning all negativity... we felt all the five elements were balanced. Above all, the unconditional love and sharing created a beautiful bond between people coming from different states, substantiating the dictum in our Hindu Scriptures: " All the world is one family!" Isn't that what you call Heaven, friends? Love, Compassion, Bonhomie, Amity, forgiveness, unconditional sharing of ideas and emotions without judgement... We all learnt--Giving is Receiving after all!! An indescribably beautiful experience!Would love to repeat it surely.

May 17,2023I have joined COSMIC HEALING group of Mr. Sumit Upreti as diamond Member in mid of February 23. I experience fantastic Results. Lower back pain 10 year old, relief 85%. Both shoulders were fridged have 90% relief. Due to fatty lever & A cyst in lever, lever enzymes were always showing higher values. Now these are well in limits. I loss 9 kg weight. Earlier my BMI was 32.8 , comes into obese category. Now it's 29.4 in fatty category. Due to weight loss, my Diabetes dose reduce to 50%.

May 17,2023My knee pained real bad that day . Almost in tears, I'd asked the Universe what it wanted me to do. I had a dance performance coming up in a few days, which i needed to practice for. Also in a few hrs my students would be coming for their practice. And I could barely stand straight due to pain. Desperate,I threw my qn to the universe and went to check for some healing chants on YouTube. That's when Sumit Sir popped up! He spoke of riddance from all Pain and connecting to cosmos. Both vibrated on every level with me and i enrolled. Cut long story short. I took my class with students, dances with them and also practiced my own item multiple times that same day! CAH is a community of very highly vibrating individuals, raring to get over challenges to achieve their goals.. in all 5 spheres of life! Their evening meditation sessions work on individual and community level to give deep healing to each participant. I feel grateful to the Universe for guiding me to CAH.
