Oct 15,2022Thanks to Sumit Guru before starting anything. What is needed for everyone's life like health, relationships, wealth and spirituality. All these four things Sumit Guru is teaching in the form of yogi(yoga), healing. 1.The main thing here is, he is telling each and every thing step by step..how to start, how to maintain in that stage and how to end, in which way we have breathe. If we get pain how to come out of that. 2. How to keep our mind stable, how to get success using our mind like he is teaching subconscious mind control by breathing technique. 3.How to heal ourselves, to get our body healthy without any disease till 100 years meaning no medicine till our life time. Healing technique is very very useful for me an my babies. 4.Sumit Guru teaching how to set goals, how to separate to chunks and to reach final goal 5.100% or complete personality to serve people to make how to become each one success in their life what ever they want. 6.He is teaching in which way we have to drink water and while taking bath what we need to do everything he is teaching in and out. 7.100% useful for me and my 100% heartful thanks to Sumit Guru. Oct 06,2022I am so grateful to Universe for introducing me to Guruji Sumit Upreti Sir! My body had no joint which was not painful (developed over a period of 4 years) and recently it became very severe so as to affect my sleep. At the same time, I joined Sir's 3 day introductory webinar on Cosmic healing 26th aug 22 and with in 3 days, miraculously my joint pain reduced by almost 50-60 percent ! The severe pain of recent origin vanished as if not there ! I was supposed to take expert opinion from senior doctor as I was not happy with previous diagnosis of arthritis. But without much pain, I absolutely lied to get my diagnosis !! Fortunately he labelled it as Fibromyalgia which can be controlled with excercise. I suffered from Covid twice during last year and had long covid because of which I got severely stuck and put on weight and increased pain in all joints (although I had lost 20 kgs twice in last 10 years). During the same time, I was awakened to my spiritual journey and introduced to many concepts. Then I knew I have to heal my body first but was so stuck , tried few things but in vain. When I could not do anything, I did water bottle technique and I think I manifested Guru Sumitji as my mentor. Its so amazing that how Sir is touching all areas of our life with very simple but powerful yogic techniques and that to with consistency. The everyday meditations are so powerful that now I have joint pain which is negligible ! The navaratri fasting was an amazing boost in the journey of healing as I had wonderful results: 1. It detoxified my body of toxins and negative emotions-- This was the main reason I enrolled for it as I have long medication history and post covid allergies. Now I feel very light and energetic ! 2. Superb control over food cravings Now I don't have craving for tea (I used to have 4 cups a day earlier) and sweets (I had all sweet tooth !). 3. Clear mind of negativity and increased focus. 4. At the end of navaratri, the joint pain vanished to negligible! The journey with Sir continues and I am sure I will have more magical outcomes to share ! Oct 06,2022An amazing experience during 9 days Navratri fasting.Though seemed impossible initially but made it 100%..Could feel my belly going flat..Learning life of Yogi..Living with nothing when everything is in front..Control of senses..Felt the priceless value of water .Private victory matters a lot that public victory..which I am able to achieve..A more practical spritual leader than being theoretical..Value based teachings..Blessed to be part of this spritual community..

Oct 06,2022Got rid of anxiety issues. Namaskar, Joining CAH is my best decision I made 2 years back. The major concern was severe headaches which I was suffering which just vanished in 2 days of joining. But when I started going deeper I came across the root cause of the anxiety headaches. Since then I am into this journey and cosmic Meditations have helped me healing health , wealth and relationship issues. A mere thank you wouldn’t be enough. The learning at CAH is immeasurable. Earlier, I didn't expect that it would be possible for me to do fasting for a period of 9 days, but I was able to do so with commitment due to group energy. It was not just fasting experience but a complete detoxification of mind, body and soul. It helped me to elevate my mental, physical and spiritual dimensions to another level. Will continue the momentum for upcoming Navratras as well.

Oct 06,2022This navratri was a wonderful experience ..It was a powerful transformation of mind ,body and soul.I was never able to do fasting ...But I could easily do 9 days ..And I had no craving for food or tea ..I achieved the control over mind ...I am so happy ...I lost 4kgs and a great amount of weight loss ...I have left tea for sure ..Mu favourite ..I learnt the importance of food ,water ...And so much less is required for our survival...It was not that easy but thank u sir for motivating us and all the group members for motivating me time to time ...I became conscious while eating,drinking..Thank u ...A lots of gratitude

Top learnings or benefits I got from this process are: 1) More control over the mind, able to control the regular mental irritations I used to have. 2) More positive thoughts manifested. 3) Getting up early everyday in the morning helped me to organize the day better.
