Aug 23,2023In Chitt Shuddhi Sadhana After Starting Morning with 🕉 Chanting with Deep Breathing gives me more awareness about my body, mind and energy & to live in Present Moment. Every Sunday we regular practice Hatha yoga which gives me Immense Peace, recharge my body and mind for a week and all hatha yoga Asanas and Kriyas increasing My Strength Stability and Stamina. After maintaining Consistency I can feel the energy and blood Circulation in my body and Organas and i am going deep on Meditation day by day. Aug 06,2023I have been a high bp sufferer for quite a long time. Had taken number of doctor's treatments with no good results. Doctors don't reveal or treat basic root cause of the problem, and the number of tablets increase with passing of time. With the meditation being conducted by Sumit sir, I got amazing results. At the end of every meditation, i find my bp back to normal, which never happens even with bp medicines.. Gratitude to sir, i shall be always indebted to him.

Aug 05,2023I was in extreme dipression and completely in my shell due to sever AVN problem of both hips for last almost three years. Only option all doctors advised is not to walk or stand due to severe pain and replace with artificial joints immediately. After last four days and three days joining course before that, I feel better and am able to control my emotional imbalance quite a bit despite not been able to get into the CAH Practice on a 100% basis both time and commitment wise. Seeds of positive transformation I can feel germinating.

Aug 04,2023I dont fast as I cant remain hungry for long time, but Day 1 fasting, I was full with high level of energy and didnot get the hunger craving. Day 2 also went without any problem inspite of taking classes as I am a teacher. After a long long time I did 2 days fasting, its because of Sumit Sir and the group energy and positives vibes. At times, I think something and it happens instantly. I have started deeply decluttering the house as well as emotional baggage and feel so relieved and joyful these days. I find his yoga asanas to be simple, powerful and very effective. whenever i have to sit for long hours working i do one of his asanas for the back and spine his cosmic energy healing is amazing i get instant relief from back pain. His other simple asanas helps in relaxation of nervous system, rejuvenation of cells, beat stress, overcome loneliness, constipation, loose belly fat etc. I have cured a few and it is amazingly miraculous if you are dedicated and consistent.
