I had an absolutely ATROCIOUS experience with Sunbit. I've never had such a ridiculously infuriating and all around, for lack of better words, desperately miserable experience with any online company like this ever, and I've dealt with some real winners. So, here's what happened I was buying tires and they were offered on the checkout so I gave it a shot and ran my info and was approved for an amount but I'm not the total but the way it works they take the total they lend the offered amount and then you pay the total to them to sunbed and they are tasked with relaying your difference and their loaned amount so they are paying the total to the retailer that you're dealing with for your purchase so I did this and immediately was prompted to fill out all these loan documents etc assigned just fine that they did this and receive copies of all of my loan documents clearly stating my payment dates and the application I now had to Sunbit for the loan I just seemingly was granted. However upon relate back to the retailers site, I realize I never received an order confirmation not in my online portal for the retailer nor in my email anywhere and when I went to look up to see if it was anywhere available on the retailers and I was getting nothing I got no order number no anything aside from a whole bunch of loan documents and a payment schedules for the financing payment to Sunbit, all these documents stating I received the load on a date we're scheduled accordingly, however no water confirmation no evidence that my order was even placed however I had at this point been debited which happened nearly instantly on signing the loan documents, debited nearly $700 for these tires and hours later nothing so I got a customer service chat and met with the rudest entry level customer service representative they have I would assume I hope because she was really bad. She informed me I needed to physically go to the retailer which is quite a ways away from me and give them an RO number and an invoice number and they had to pull it up in their system and then they could even confirm my order which seemed like not my job it would seem that would be sunbits responsibility, and I informed her that I said I cannot go there because it's not ideal or convenient or possible and why would I have this RO number ever this is not my responsibility that seems to be what they are paying and employing you for it was why your company is working for them I would assume to handle these things that should be not the customers responsibility when you were receiving payment from them and charging you know just say if he's etc but attached for your services that would seem to be part of your services or should be I was given the runaround I asked to speak to him supervisor because this moment was clearly dancing and not about to stop the bed repeating the same thing over and over again that it did not resonate well and I told him that the how was your customer service after survey that it was deplorable and what do you know quite 10 minutes later I was receiving a voice call from these supervisor she would have an answer and I would have my order confirmation and either she will call me back or the retailer would call me directly and nobody called me and then it was the weekend a holiday weekend fast forward 4 Days later: I waited till quite a ways into the day about 2 or 3:00 p.m. I waited to inquire hoping I would hear from them and giving them time to address and handle whatever the issue would be and I heard nothing from them whatsoever I found the contact email of the woman I had spoken to the supervisor no response I got on the horrific customer service chat that I had already got ten a bit of PTSD from simply trying to figure out where my 700 plus dollars went that I was debited for and if responsible for paying back of the loan to some bit regarding and they told me they didn't know anything and that there was a something about the system equating to this being all the retailers issue not anything they did could have possibly caused this issue however everything to do with this I was all of the retailers problem and they had a glitch in their system they kept saying glitch and their system and I asked what type of glitch was this in their system that they had is it that seems very big and they just using the word glitch I legitimate excuse for anything and especially me being out over $700 with no paper trail of where that went but definitely providing me with paperwork to ensure I paid back quite a bit of that money to them on schedule which began a day before anything at this point was even plays no order was placed why why am I sitting with these timed loan documents at this point no answers and I was told call the retailer I called the retailer they said no we told Sunbit that this was a very clearly an issue on their end and needed to we have not received anything

Extremely knowledgeable employees setting up Payment Plans very easy. Applying for needed money to fix car or have your dental work very very easy to process all required needed information

With sunbit’s help I was able to get some of the repairs I needed taken care of. This was a great help especially since my car had been vandalized. I’m thankful for sunbit, I wish I had qualified for more so that I could have completed everything, nevertheless they were a big help.

It was unexpectedly I saw your ad at Nazareth Ford and I asked the Service Advisor about it. A very good experience not having to immediately pay the entire amount for the repairs.
