Used sunbit to order tires from cyclegear.com, something went wrong and order had to be canceled. Sunbit owes me a refund, called and talked to people, yep we owe you a refund, ok here's my new debt card since my wallet was stolen after the order was canceled, no problem we can up date your info so you'll get that refund. Called today a week later to see what's happening with the refund, no sir it looks like your going to get a check in 7-10 weeks, ? WHY DO THEY NEED TO KEEP MY REFUND LONGER THAN 3-4 DAYS? not using sunbit ever again.

A soft credit check and very little waiting period for them. I was almost approved instantly. Very thankful for their service as I would of been stranding with a broke down car 40 miles from home.

App would not allow me to log in even after 4 attempts with customer service. Only to find out that my account was already set for auto pay. Customer service were excellent and helpful but nothing worked for the app.

The dental office miscalculated how much I would finance not taking my deductible into account. As such, my total due dropped, but my payment amount stayed the same and they reduced the number of payments. I was approved for 12 months 0 interest w/$315 pmt for a year. The adjusted amount is $315 for six months. I asked if they would recalculate the amount and spread it over the 12 months so the payments would be lower. Cust rep. said that wasn't possible but wasn't able to explain why other than saying that's the way they operate. If I have 12 months to pay a bill - why can't I use the full amount of time - you know, make it convenient for the customer.

I think customers are not properly introduced to Sunbit. I have an account with Afterpay and was given the impression that Sunbit was something similar. It was only days after that I received an email from Credit Karma that Sunbit checked my credit score. I personally have nothing against that but I believe the right information should be given when services like these are sold to customers. Other than that the process was smooth and the payment terms are acceptable.

After my application and payment was accepted the code needed by the tire shop wasn't available to me in email or text or aent to the store so I had to call to get it. I do get emails about a potential credit card offer but it seems it isn't available to Colorado residents so I don't see the need to hear about it often. Other than that it was a quick and easy process. I wasn't entirely clear monthly payments would be auto pay, however it was expected and preferred. Overall a pleasant experience.
