I purchased new headlight bulbs for a 2015 Cadillac. Sorry to say the bulbs did not fit. Sent a email to customer support and received an immediate reply to confirm year and model. Suncentauto sent the correct bulbs (which work great) within a couple of days! I have nothing but good to say about Suncentauto and their customer support especially Dina.

I ordered led bulbs for my 1969 El Camino they fit and light up very nicely. They have fast delivery and when I had a problem the customer service was 100% no hassle.
I ordered a part from them a couple weeks ago, turned out to not be the part I needed and they pretended to care and e-mailed me like I was gonna get my refund & then just stopped responding. I’ve reached out, called, emailed and still nothing. Very disappointed and upset.
Let’s start with customer service. I called all day. Nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody got back to me. Then let’s move over to shipping time. I ordered the product Wednesday morning it didn’t get to me until Thursday night the next week. Now let’s talk about the product itself. These are cheap items from China. It didn’t work. I got the exact part that was listed for my car. It didn’t work. Now let’s move onto returns redefined print they guarantee returns, but there are a lot of conditions for a return. Once again, I called customer service to return the item. They said they would send me a link in the email to return they never did. Stay far away from this website and this company.
Ordered a part almost week and half ago, received email stating it’s shipped, click on tracking info and it tells me no tracking available. Called them multiple times during the day, left numerous messages, emailed them and got no response from anyone in any form of contact. Facebook messanger doesn’t answer either. Will do calling my credit card company for a dispute tomorrow
Review on SUNCENT regarding false return policy. Ordered a kit for my 6.7 Cummins diesel. It didn’t fit my truck based on what parts I’ve observed. They so far haven’t honored the return policy. I’m going to file a charge back soon with my credit card company. I would steer clear of working with them and find someone else who values customer service. To be clear they said they would honor the return and send an email as well as have manager called me. Not one email. Not one call or message. I’ve called several times. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone. No emails from them in the SPAM box. I’ll be sure to share with my online community (forums, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc) to steer clear of them if it’s not further resolved.

Ordered some bmw headlights from this company a few weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived and when I check it says it’s been returned. I’ve emailed 4 times, called on 2 separate occasions. The online help bot doesn’t work, the Facebook messenger pages has me on read for over a week. This place is a scam. I want my money back Edit- (since reply) checked all folders of email. There was no email found, still have no response from messenger, contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. Ordered from another company and will be here tomorrow ✌️new company- LED Light Street
Wrong parts, no help. These guys sent me some parts I ordered for my f150. The parts were wrong, the measurements and bolt patterns were off. When I contacted them by phone and email, no one returned my calls or emails. I got stuck with $160 in parts I cant use! Dont shop here for sure.
I still have yet to receive my order. It is January 27th and the last shipping update was January 16th. I can’t review something I don’t have.

Ordered an A arm replacement kit with ball joint and tie rod ends with hardware. Was sent wrong tie rod ends. Had to buy from local store. Notified suncent and no solution yet. They do not email back.

They stole pictures from the rough country website and used them for a product that doesn’t match the pictures and they never answer there phone or reply to emails when you try to return. Absolute scam. Avoid this terrible company at all costs
