Feb 02,2020terrible experience with customer service over credit report errors (they have had 2 loans I repaid in 2016 showing as defaulted every month since which has ruined my credit rating) they have limited understanding what would be the norm for someone reading a sentence, passed from c/s to customer manager who has offered £50 which is better than nothing but got a feeling i,ll have to go to the FOS just to get that which will cost them £500. No wonder these guys are in such a mess.

Jan 31,2020I used to like Sunny and even recommended them, but now just seems like they want to get their hands on your bank statements. Previously had a number of loans with no issue, suddenly I need to supply a payslip which I have done but it get declined. I ask why and they can’t tell me as apparently they can’t speak to anyone and can only go from notes on the system??? Absolute rubbish. Offered to send 12 months of payslips but adamant will only accept bank statement without even telling me why? Communication is appalling, chat function is very poor. I repeat I did used to use sunny it was quick and easy and affordable, but never again.

Feb 03,2020nice and easy process. and they were even kind enough to text when the money had gone in. i hadn't needed it in the end so i paid it all straight back with no hassle or early repayment fees. job jobbed 😁
