Jul 08,2021Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l’aurai fait. Plus de 800€ et en 1 petit mois arraché avec 20/30kms de vent…ce n’est ni plus ni moins qu’une bâche…les fixations, les arceaux etc sont de piètres qualité…fuyez. Par contre les gens du SAV sont hyper réactif et emphatique. Ils m’ont proposé d’en racheter une avec 40% de réduction ce que j’ai refusé j’aurai préféré un remboursement de 40% dans la moindre mesure…mais bon…

Jul 08,2021The twisted pegs fixing very weakly to the ground. Once a wind moved out the bottom pole from the peg fixing, and opened the tent. Luckily, it did not tear it. So now, I have to purchase much stronger tent fixing rods, punch them into the ground, and fix the sunnytent bottom pole by strong cords. My other remarks is, that the installation video, which is linked on your website is showing totally different pole set, comparing what you sent. Your package did not contain any hard copy installation manual, so it was really hard to find out the installation. Update: on 26th-July-2021 Sunnytent sent me 6pcs longer twisted pegs to fix the tent stronger. My appreciation to Sunnytent, this is a grrat customer service.

Jul 08,2021Couldn’t ask for anymore from them, the tent is amazing and after it was delivered I received a invoice from the carrier for custom fees. I emailed Sunnytent and they sorted it all out and the invoice was cancelled my end. Amazing customer service and product. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Sunnytent 😊

Jul 06,2021The description on the website was not 100% clear what to expect. We had an old type of sunny tent and needed to order one new set of poles. We expected to receive a similar pole set but it was completely different according to the new standard. The shipment and delivery went very smooth and fast.

Jul 03,2021C'est la deuxième sunny Tent que nous achetons car nous avons changé de piscine. La première était ovale en taille XL. Cela a été compliqué de la monter car notre piscine était déjà en eau et nous ne voulions pas la vider. C'est beaucoup plus simple d'installer la sunny tent avant la piscine. Elle nous a permis de chauffer gratuitement l'eau de la piscine et de la maintenir propre. Par moment, l'eau était trop chaude car elle avait atteint 38 °C. Nous avons profité d'une eau chaude jusqu'en octobre. Puis nous l'avons démonté et stocké pour l'hiver. Comme nous sommes sujets aux coups de vent, nous avions passé une corde dans le sens de la longueur pour éviter de démonter systématiquement la sunny tent. Nous la regardions danser au gré du vent sans aucune crainte. Par contre, lorsqu'il y avait des rafales de vent trop importantes, nous la démontions et remontions facilement. Nous avons changé de piscine et nous avons choisi à nouveau la sunny Tent pour couvrir notre piscine. Cette fois-ci, nous avons choisi la ronde en taille XL pour couvrir la piscine. C'est un produit au top. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Jul 01,2021Reçue la commande sous 15 jours, montage facile à deux personnes sauf peut-être les nouveaux types d'arceaux qui devraient à mon humble avis être différent dans le système de connecteur en plastique qui peuvent se déboités facilement. Très bonne protection des feuilles et autres éléments apportés par le vent, j'en suis ravi. J'attend un peu plus de soleil pour la chauffe, mais vue le système de 'serre' que cela fait, je n'ai pas de doute.

Jul 01,2021Alors clairement, ça fait le taf. En terme de réchauffement de l'eau c'est très efficace. En terme de protection, installation, rien à redire c'est super aussi. La seule chose que je vois qui pourrait être amélioré c'est la qualité de la bâche. Je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Delivery to the UK was exceptionally fast, no sooner had I ordered, update showed, in transit. Easy to erect, with 3 of us, took less than an hour. Grandsons can't wait for warm water after many teeth chattering, blue lipped years.
